INTERIOR CARPENTRY
Installing trim is one of my specialties. I also install doors, baseboards, stair treads, landings, handrails, faux beams, coffered ceilings, and crown molding. I work with both paint and stain grade material depending on the need of your trim project. I work with customers to design and install custom shelving, closet organizer systems, inset desks and benches, and built-in phone charging cubbies. Dime gap walls, hidden doors, and hidden storage systems are a particular interest of mine.
Remodel & Repair
I do light remodel, kitchen and bathroom remodel plus repairs throughout the house. I can help you with reframing, drywall, drywall texturing, paint, cabinets (custom builds, repair, and install), countertops, and shelving.
Added design detail, brings the room together
Finished tile shower with poly shower pan. Added a sapele faux wood post and edge trim around the tile. Faux marble ledge and shower niche, framed to correctly fit a glass door purchased at HD.
Finished kitchen in full barn/ADU renovation. We installed the cabinets, installed the laminate countertops, oak window sill, hickory butcher block counters, welded counter top cantilever, installed tile backsplash, and set up the vent hood.

Decorative Welding
Interested in a custom live edge and raw steel shelving unit, table or art piece? Over the past few years I have stated mixing my passions for wood and metal. With training in blacksmithing, and welding I can easily incorporate decorative metal work into a repair, original installation or art. If you have creative ideas for wood and metal work throw them my way!
We welded handrails for this deck as a clean and sharp looking safety measure. Finished with satin black.
Primed, almost finished painting this handrail following a set of stairs to the lower yard. Im sure the plants are growing into the area nicely by now.
African mahogany like cedar is rot water resistant, with an added bonus of gorgeous wood grain patterns and solid hard wood density.

EXTERIOR CARPENTRY
Have in idea for an outdoor structure? I have experience installing fencing, pergolas, and decks working to the specifications of the landscape and space limitations for each project.
Almost finished replacing the cedar shake siding on the front of the house. The home owner sees the small details. So with this reoccurring pattern we made exact level lines with a laser for every row.
Safely we replaced the cedar siding on this house. The first builder did an amazing job, but used the wrong fasteners and as a result created water damage over the whole second floor.

ABOUT ME
Born and raised in Austin Texas, I got my start working on home remodels the day my father gave me a job tearing out drywall. For the past 15 years I have been running my own professional remodel and repair projects. With 10 years of experience installing trim in new homes, one of my specialties is in trim and finish carpentry. I've also received schooling in blacksmithing and welding. I have a particular passion for mixing wood and metal work and with my experience, I'm able to bring my ideas to life. Whether it's small repairs or large installations, my goal is to help people create comfortable spaces in their homes.
